If there is anything wrong with the product you purchased or you are not happy with it, you can return the product and get a refund. If the item has been used, washed or not returned in the original packing, we unfortunately can not accept the returned product/s. You can return any unused product for a refund within 14 days after you received it.

You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).
